Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Incharge for our ICU department for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Nursing Incharge will oversee the daily operations of the ICU, ensure adherence to best nursing practices, manage the nursing team efficiently, coordinate with medical staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The role also includes supervising critical care management, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, and conducting ongoing training for nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Nursing Management and team coordination
• Proficiency in Critical Care Medicine and nursing practices in an ICU setting
• Comprehensive knowledge in Patient Care and the ability to deliver empathetic and professional healthcare
