Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Dentist for a full-time, on-site position at our Thane location. The Head Dentist will lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional dental care to patients, perform advanced dental procedures, and manage a team of dental professionals. The role involves conducting patient consultations, creating treatment plans, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols, and staying updated with advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in general dentistry, advanced dental treatments, and patient care
• Experience with dental tools, equipment, and technologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee dental professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultations
• Commitment to adhering to stringent hygiene and safety protocols
• Masters Degree in Dental surgery or Bachelors Degree in Dental Surgery with a minimum experience of 2 years
• Valid dental license and registration in India
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity
• Candidates with specialization in orthodontics or cosmetic dentistry are preferred
