Patient Counsouller Trainer/ F2F Interview

Role Purpose:

Training & Capability Building:

Conduct induction training for new & existing Patient Counsellors across the

assigned region.

Conduct comprehensive training programs for PCs covering:

a. Clinical understanding

b. Patient-facing communication

c. Sales counselling and conversion techniques

d. LYFE program knowledge and product updates

On-Ground Coaching:

Travel across the region to visit clinics, hospitals, OPD/IPD setups where PCs

are deployed

Accompany Patient Counsellors in OPD/IPD settings and Observe PC–patient

interactions and provide structured feedback.

Identify skill gaps and create corrective training plans.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with Regional Business Manager to align training goals with

business outcomes

Coordinate with sales leadership and central training teams.

Support regional launches, campaigns, and pilot initiatives

Travel & Regional Coverage:

Travel across hospitals, clinics, and cities within the assigned region

Support training needs based on regional business priorities
