What We're Looking For:
- We need a driven and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter who can own the hiring cycle end-to-end and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
- 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end US recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills across job boards & social platforms
- Exposure to VMS clients & MSP environments
- Solid understanding of W2 tax terms & US staffing processes
- Experience hiring for non-IT domains: Accounting & Finance, Admin, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to meet daily & weekly hiring targets
