Non-IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients across Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Finance, Banking, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Legal, Automotive, and Light Industrial roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment from sourcing through placement.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other platforms.
• Use Boolean search and passive sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, location, compensation, availability, and work authorization.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients/hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, offers, and joining.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of US Non-IT recruitment/staffing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the US recruitment process and staffing practices.
• Excellent sourcing, Boolean search, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major US job portals.
• Working knowledge of US work authorization types.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work the US Night Shift.
