Urgent Hiring | US Non-IT Recruiter | Hyderabad (Onsite)
We are actively looking for immediate joiners with strong experience in US Non-IT Recruitment. If you are someone who can close positions fast and work in a target-driven environment, this is for you!
Location: Hyderabad (Day 1 Onsite)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Experience: 3–5 Years (Strictly Non-IT Recruitment Only)
Role Overview:
End-to-end US Non-IT recruitment
Strong experience in Boolean search and sourcing techniques
Hands-on expertise in sourcing and screening candidates
Work on roles across industries like Construction, Manufacturing, Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, Legal, and other non-IT sectors
Quick turnaround on requirements and strong pipeline management.
Note: Candidates with only IT recruitment background will NOT be considered
What We Expect:
Proven experience in US Non-IT staffing
Strong sourcing skills using job portals and databases
Excellent communication and closure skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
