About the Role

We are hiring Non-IT Recruiters to source and place candidates into full-time non-IT roles across various domains and clients.

You'll specialize in recruiting for high-demand U.S Fulltime/DirectHire roles across Accounting & Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Sales, Healthcare Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, Banking, Insurance, Legal, and Corporate Support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand full-time non-IT job requirements from clients and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication through offer negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipeline records in the ATS/CRM.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring non-IT full-time requirements.

Requirements

• Prior experience in non-IT recruitment/full-time hiring is needed.
• Ability to handle a high volume of requirements per day.
• Willingness to work in a performance/target-driven environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requirements simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media, andother passive sourcing websites & communities.
• You'll specialize in recruiting for high-demand U.S. professional roles across Accounting & Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Sales, Healthcare Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, Banking, Insurance, Legal, and Corporate Support functions.
