We are expanding our recruitment team to support a growing pipeline of non-IT hiring mandates across the United States, including roles in manufacturing, construction, finance, legal, operations, and executive leadership.
As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for mid- to senior-level positions. The role requires strong headhunting capabilities, candidate qualification skills, and the ability to engage passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
You will work directly with U.S.-based clients and hiring managers, understanding role requirements, developing sourcing strategies, and presenting highly qualified candidates within tight timelines.
This role is best suited for recruiters who are comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment, handling multiple requisitions simultaneously, and who have strong experience sourcing candidates for non-technical roles in the U.S. market.
