Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Non-IT Recruiter with 25 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various non-technical roles across industries such as engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, logistics, and administrative sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sourcing expertise, and candidate screening abilities to identify and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, including requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Source potential candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster.
- Use Boolean search techniques and database searches to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate experience, skills, salary expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
- Maintain and update candidate information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such Ceipal.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
