Timings: Mon- Sat (8.30am to 05.30pm)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Desired Skills
Strong understanding of Non-IT hiring domains
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Time management and multitasking abilities
Target-oriented and team player
