We are seeking a motivated US Non-IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sourcing and hiring for diverse roles across Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Skilled Trades. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting positions such as engineers, architects, technicians, physicians, and other non-IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various non-IT positions.
- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including job postings, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Utilize job boards, social platforms, and networking to attract top talent.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of US staffing/recruitment experience (Non-IT).
- Experience hiring for Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and related roles.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and candidate-management skills.
