Non It Recruiter

we're looking for an enthusiastic Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team!

If you have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and enjoy connecting people with the right opportunities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT roles Sales, Operations, HR, Admin, Finance, and more.

Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Track and manage candidate pipelines using Excel or an ATS.

Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure smooth hiring operations.

Requirements:

1 months 3 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment (consultancy or staffing background preferred).

Proficiency in sourcing through Work India, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple mandates and meet hiring deadlines.

Good understanding of the Non-IT job market and client expectations.
