About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in Construction and Mining industry hiring. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and site-based roles.

Industry: Construction / Mining / Heavy Equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Construction & Mining positions such as Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, Operators, HEMM roles, Site Staff, and Support functions.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and industry references.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates technical and field experience.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Handle offer negotiations and issue offer letters.
- Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates, especially for project and site requirements.
- Build strong talent pipelines for urgent and future manpower needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field.
- Proven experience in Construction and/or Mining recruitment is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of project-based manpower planning.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines.
- Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and field-level hiring.
