We are hiring NOC & SOC professionals across multiple tiers for critical operations and security monitoring roles. Candidates will be deployed across Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) environments.
Tier 1 NOC / SOC Technician
Experience: 24 Years
Responsibilities:
- First line of support for all incidents and service requests
- Receive requests via phone, email, web forms, etc.
- Create and document trouble tickets
- Perform basic troubleshooting using documented procedures
- Monitor and respond to initial security incidents (SOC)
- 24x7 monitoring of network and security infrastructure
- Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech / Equivalent
- ITIL knowledge
- NOC/SOC trained professionals
Tier 2 NOC / SOC Technician
Experience: 4+ Years (Technology-specific)
Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated incidents from Tier 1
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Follow defined workflows and vendor/OEM processes
- Maintain runbooks for faster resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional support teams
- Act as SOC Specialist for second-level security escalation
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 3
Qualifications:
- B.Tech / Equivalent Degree
- ITIL knowledge
- Strong expertise in specific technology platforms
Tier 3 NOC / SOC Expert
Experience: 8+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex, critical, and high-impact incidents
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Perform problem management, root cause analysis, and stability analysis
- Support minor enhancements and service improvement initiatives
- Proactively identify risks and prevent recurring incidents
- Collaborate with Tier 4 OEM engineers for advanced resolution
- Provide expert-level SOC/NOC support
Certifications:
- Tier 3 SOC Expert: CISA (Mandatory)
- Tier 3 NOC Expert: ITIL v3 Certified
Tier 4 OEM Resident Engineer
Experience: Senior-Level | OEM-Certified
Responsibilities:
- Act as OEM-certified Resident Engineer (NOC & SOC)
- Handle OEM hardware, software, and technology-related incidents
- Coordinate directly with OEMs for advanced resolution
- Provide long-term support during warranty and AMC periods
- Support NOC, SOC, Data Center, Network Centers, and M&E systems
- Handle both IT and Non-IT infrastructure components
Certifications:
- Tier 4 SOC Engineer: CISSP (Mandatory)
- Tier 4 NOC Engineer: ITIL v3 Certified
- OEM certifications relevant to deployed solutions
