Housekeeping Operations
• Monitor housekeeping deployment and service quality
• Conduct facility walkthroughs (restrooms, workstations, meeting rooms, etc.)
• Track and resolve service issues within TAT
• Manage vendor performance and escalation handling
Cafeteria Operations
• Ensure hygiene, food quality, and vendor compliance
• Conduct audits and food sample checks
• Monitor food counters, traffic flow, and service efficiency
• Manage inventory tracking (cutlery, crockery, etc.)
