Job Description

Helpdesk & Mailroom Operations

• Manage escalated Helpdesk/Mailroom issues during shift

• Ensure timely response to priority employee and system calls

• Handle crisis/incident escalation and resolution tracking

• Ensure proper mail distribution including government and C-mail handling

Front Office Operations

• Monitor front office, lobby, and common areas for service quality

• Handle escalations related to reception operations

• Ensure housekeeping standards and visitor/VIP coordination

Security Operations

• Manage security deployment, shift briefing, and compliance tracking

• Ensure adherence to security protocols and grooming standards

• Coordinate VIP visits and security escalations

• Review vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence

Housekeeping Operations

• Monitor housekeeping deployment and service quality

• Conduct facility walkthroughs (restrooms, workstations, meeting rooms, etc.)

• Track and resolve service issues within TAT

• Manage vendor performance and escalation handling

Cafeteria Operations

• Ensure hygiene, food quality, and vendor compliance

• Conduct audits and food sample checks

• Monitor food counters, traffic flow, and service efficiency

• Manage inventory tracking (cutlery, crockery, etc.)
