Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NOC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of network protocols, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. This role requires 24/7 network monitoring and the ability to respond to issues swiftly and accurately.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor platform and network traffic round-the-clock
Respond to network outage alerts and perform initial troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve platform-related issues
Track, update, and document issues clearly and accurately
Utilize Jira for ticketing and documentation (preferred)
Communicate effectively via Slack or Microsoft Teams
Work within a Linux environment and understand networking at both Layer 2 and Layer 3
Analyze and summarize data to support issue resolution
Prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
