Network Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Independently manage Network Infrastructure support, including complex issue resolution and design modifications.
• Conduct performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, and capacity planning for network platforms.
• Perform monitoring and maintenance of the overall network environment and manage change controls.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and communicate system issues to peers and managers.

Key Deliverables:

• Maintained and optimized network infrastructure with met SLAs.
• Proactive identification and resolution of network performance issues.
• Efficient and controlled network changes.
• Comprehensive documentation of network processes and troubleshooting steps.
