Senior Network Engineer- M&A EMEA

Your role

Join Atlas Copco's Global IT Hub in Pune, India, as a Senior Network Engineer and play a crucial role in advancing our digital transformation across the EMEA region. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize complex network infrastructures to support strategic M&A initiatives, ensuring robust and reliable connectivity aligned with corporate standards.

You will be entrusted with creating both high-level and detailed network designs including LAN, WLAN, and WAN configurations. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, support teams, and external partners, you will guarantee that network solutions meet SLA requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing change management processes to ensure all network alterations are properly documented and controlled, as well as maintaining an up-to-date asset inventory through configuration management. You will also drive compliance by managing patching schedules and lifecycle tasks for network components.

Additionally, you will contribute leadership and technical expertise to network-related projects, taking ownership of smaller initiatives to continuously enhance our infrastructure operations and support business agility.

To succeed, you will need

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
• 6 to 10 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on network engineering
• Demonstrated passion for innovative networking technologies and continuous learning
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate in a global environment
• ITIL certification highlighting expertise in IT service management processes
• Additional technology certifications (e.g., Cisco, Z-Scaler) are advantageous
