Strategic Deal Advisor, Large Deals

We are currently seeking a Strategic Deal Advisor to join our Client Growth team. This role will primarily focus on large deals ($50M+) and helping our clients realize business value and achieve their strategic objectives through technology-led transformation Overview: The Strategic Deal Advisor supports our most complex, strategic, and transformational large deals. He is single threaded leader responsible for managing and orchestrating end to end strategic large deals. He creates an account engagement plan and owns its execution. During early stages, he will review the client-facing point of view and create value propositions and provide feedback from a deal shaping perspective. He helps shape multi-tower business transformations by engaging early with clients and bringing the power of one-NTT to drive innovative solutions. He utilizes research, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving to uncover business strategies, challenges, and opportunities, and help define transformation journeys. The Strategic Deal Advisor will clearly understand the value drivers, value proposition, transformation angle, stakeholder map (including board relationships), competitive landscape, decision process and timeline, including clarity of the approval path. Based on this he creates an actionable deal Strategy / Win Strategy) that clearly articulates what we need to do to win and continually refreshes that as the deal progresses. He must continually develop and refine the understanding of who amongst the client executives need to believe what, and what needs to be true for the client to do the deal with NTT DATA. He continually leverages the value proposition to align the stakeholders to the value proposition and shape/create a deal. Lastly, from a key renewals perspective, this function will create a process for high value renewals - encompassing assessment, strategy, and execution, and will work with the Industry Leaders to roll it out. Job Responsibilities Include: . Own the creation and execution of strategic deal engagement plans, collaborating with team members and across the company to ensure continued alignment and action. . Engage early with customer technology and business leaders to build relationships and gather a deep understanding of the customer's current needs and challenges. . Manage customer relationships from origination to closure of complex, multi-tower high value proposals. . Conduct research to understand client business strategies, technology needs, visions, and objectives and create win strategies to address these business goals and technology needs . Lead the solution design, construction and orchestration across NTT, partners and client organizations. . Work collaboratively across multi-solution and cross-functional organization with Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, and Client Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure that the proposed solution aligns with the customer's business goals and requirements. . Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of the solution vision, scope, and value proposition. . Analyze business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and transformation . Assess industry latest trends, challenges, value chains, growth opportunities and best practices in the enterprise architecture domain and leverage them to create innovative and competitive solutions. . Formulate innovative transformation hypotheses, prepare executive narratives, and create robust value cases and business cases clearly articulating the benefits of business and technology transformation
