Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Noida. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential leads, conducting outbound calls, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into clients. Key responsibilities include lead generation, achieving sales targets, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and assisting with customer support-related tasks. This role also involves building effective communication channels with clients to establish trust and long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients professionally.
• Experience in Customer Service, ensuring client support and maintaining high service standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of audit and compliance services is a plus.
