Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to US-based customers to promote products/services.
  • Convert inbound leads and inquiries into sales.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable offerings.
  • Handle objections effectively and close sales with a consultative approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competition.
  • Follow all compliance guidelines and quality assurance protocols relevant to US sales.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduation preferred
  • Experience: 13 years in International BPO sales (US market experience preferred)
  • Communication: Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US accent
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and basic computer applications
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
