B.E / B. Tech with Branch: Mechanical (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Management insight creation based on the information collection from different function areas R&D.
• Identify the trend in the data and derive the strategic intent for Management.
• Work with the available information and create the precise communication for management related tasks.
• Data management for Management including various Dashboard creation for data driven decision making.
• Miscellaneous activities (Organizing events on behalf of Management like employee connect sessions / identify the improvement areas).
• Create standardization across teams / departments for the data management.
• Work as a CFT members for the identified tasks with different areas.

Required Skills:

• MS Office (Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Word etc..)
• Power BI
• Data Analytics
• Data management & analysis
