Job Title : MIS Executive

Location : Gurugram, Haryana

Experience : 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1.Collaborative Data Reconciliation:

• Receive and reconcile datasets, collaborating with data providers to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure consistent and open communication with external partners.
• Work together to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.

2.Transaction and Confirmation

• Generate and distribute transaction records, ensuring clear communication with recipients.
• Proactively follow up on confirmations and respond to related queries.

3.Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze data to detect trends and potential issues, presenting the results in a clear and concise manner.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, focusing on key performance metrics.

4.Relationship Management:

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with data providers and internal stakeholders.
• Offer excellent support and address any concerns related to data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, client communication, or related areas.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOK UP, Macros).
• Profciency in SQL
• Strong understanding of data management and reconciliation process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of database management is an added advantage.
