Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, based in Indore. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, ensuring stock availability, and maintaining appealing visual layouts to maximize customer engagement. Additional tasks include analyzing market trends, working with sales teams to meet targets, and collaborating with vendors for product orders. Fostering customer satisfaction and supporting overall business growth will be key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing to drive engagement and fulfill business objectives.
- Experience in Retail operations and merchandising strategies to maintain consistent product presentation and inventory flow.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to monitor market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, combined with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with merchandising tools, software, or retail management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
