Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Merchandiser located in Jaipur. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and implementing product displays, ensuring optimal stock levels, organizing promotional activities, and collaborating with store managers to analyze and maximize sales performance. Additional tasks include maintaining store presentation standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Retail operations and Sales
• Knowledge of Sales & Marketing strategies and techniques
• Attention to detail and ability to organize merchandise effectively
• Proficiency in analyzing sales trends and recommending improvements
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management
• Previous experience as a Retail Merchandiser or a related role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is preferred
