Role Description
This full-time on-site role, located in Jaipur, is for a Regional Visual Merchandiser. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies in alignment with brand guidelines, creating engaging window displays, and ensuring stores deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Key responsibilities include collaborating with store teams, monitoring the execution of planograms, and providing strategic input to enhance sales and customer engagement. Additionally, you will offer training and support to retail staff to maintain visual standards and effectively highlight product offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and effectively convey visual merchandising strategies.
- Experience in retail operations and an understanding of the retail environment and customer dynamics.
- Strong customer service and sales acumen to align displays with shopper preferences and drive sales growth.
- Ability to conceptualize, design, and execute visually appealing and impactful window displays.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
- Prior experience in fashion retail or merchandising is advantageous.
