Job Description

  • Execute and supervise MEP tasks related to building construction projects
  • Manage and coordinate multiple MEP projects simultaneously
  • Ensure smooth transition from MEP design phase to on-site implementation and completion
  • Use project management tools (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, etc.) for planning and tracking
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for MEP works
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors
  • Provide technical advice and support for MEP system installation and maintenance
