ECOMES is an innovative construction technology consulting firm specializing in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Structural Detailing, Rebar Modelling, and MEPF. We focus on delivering accurate, buildable designs that enhance efficiency, safety, and collaboration across construction projects.
We are seeking a result-oriented MEPF Engineer for our Modelling team, to ensure high-quality deliverables and foster team growth while upholding ECOMES standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes:
- Design and model MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) using BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using BIM coordination tools.
- Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
- Review and coordinate with MEP teams, contractors, and stakeholders to optimise designs.
- Help develop and implement BIM standards and workflows for MEP projects.
- Provide technical support and training on BIM tools and MEP design practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, or related disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience in MEPF.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs.
