Job Opening: Clinical Receptionist (Full-Time)
Location: Aries PhysioCare Physiotherapy Clinic, Borivali West, Mumbai
About Us:
Aries PhysioCare is a well-established physiotherapy clinic in Borivali West dedicated to offering personalized and evidence-based physiotherapy services. We are now looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Clinical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and help manage front desk operations smoothly.
Position Details:
- Role: Clinical Receptionist
- Location: Borivali West, Mumbai
- Type: Full-Time
- Salary: 144000 to 180000 PA
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Includes scheduled lunch and tea breaks)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and managing appointment bookings
- Handling phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries
- Managing patient records, follow-ups, and billing
- Coordinating with physiotherapists for scheduling
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness and front desk presentation
- Assisting with digital records and basic clinic administration
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferred Location: Residing in or near Borivali West
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Prior experience in reception/front desk (medical or clinic experience is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment booking systems)
- Polite, presentable, and patient-friendly attitude
