We are looking for a Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls, provide course information to prospective students, and maintain lead records. The role also involves handling student inquiries, following up on leads, and supporting the admissions and counseling team.

• Handle inbound calls and provide basic course information to students
• Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries
• Share details about courses, schedules, and admission processes
• Maintain and update call records and lead data in the system
• Schedule appointments or connect interested students with the counseling team
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students
• Maintain a professional and polite approach during all interactions

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain records
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage
