Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Media Sales Manager for our on-site office in Mumbai. The Media Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing client relationships and promoting BXI's platform to prospective members. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting leads, managing media sales activities, pitching barter-based solutions to businesses, negotiating deals, and maintaining excellent account relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Media Sales and Sales to achieve revenue goals and effectively close deals
  • Proven skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify potential clients and sustain long-term partnerships
  • Excellent Communication skills to deliver compelling pitches and maintain positive client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet deadlines consistently
  • Familiarity with B2B platforms or barter systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated individual with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
