We are now looking for a driven and result-oriented Ad Sales Manager (Digital Media) who can monetize our growing digital audience and build strong brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Drive digital advertising revenue across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms

Identify, pitch, and close brand partnerships and sponsorship deals

Build long-term relationships with media agencies and direct clients

Develop customized brand integration solutions (branded content, sponsorships, integrations)

Prepare sales decks, proposals, and rate cards

Negotiate pricing and contracts

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Coordinate with content and production teams for seamless campaign execution

Track campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

26 years of experience in digital ad sales / media sales

Strong network with agencies and brand marketing teams

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets

Understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, views, engagement, etc.)

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and close deals

Preferred

Experience in news/political media sales

Existing brand and agency relationships

Understanding of influencer marketing ecosystem
