Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO), based in Thane. The MD & CEO will be responsible for driving banking transformation initiatives, leading credit risk and Non-Performing Asset (NPA) resolution strategies, and ensuring effective IT governance and compliance. Key responsibilities include overseeing the bank's strategic direction, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory adherence, and fostering innovation for sustainable growth. The role requires interaction with key stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and teams to achieve the organization's mission and goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in banking transformation, credit risk management, and NPA resolution
- Proficiency in IT governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of banking industry trends, policies, and operations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of successfully leading financial institutions or similar organizations
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional certifications in banking, compliance, or IT governance are a plus
- Adaptability to manage a dynamic, regulatory-driven environment and implement innovative strategies
