Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Information Technology Infrastructure Manager. The individual will oversee IT operations, manage network security, and ensure the smooth functioning of system administration. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, upgrading and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, and managing a team of IT professionals. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Technology and IT Operations to support technical infrastructure and systems management
- Expertise in Network Security to ensure data protection and implement secure systems
- Knowledge of System Administration to effectively manage servers, databases, and IT systems
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
- Leadership skills to manage and mentor IT team members
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience with regulatory compliance in IT systems, particularly in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus
