Job Responsibilities:

• NSDL & Compliance Operations
• Handling NSDL-related work for Pass Through Certificates (PTCs), Debentures, and NCDs.
• Coordinating with NSDL and stakeholders for required compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
• Ensuring compliance with SEBI Debenture Trustee (DT) Regulations and other applicable laws.
• Issuing NOCs, Lending Confirmation Notices, Conditions Precedent Compliance letters, Custody & Security Confirmation Letters.
• Managing professional correspondence with clients.
• Security & Charge Creation
• Assisting in creation, modification, and satisfaction of charges on corporate assets, including mortgages and hypothecation.
• Monitoring security cover and financial covenants to ensure compliance.
• Operational Support
• Handling day-to-day operations of trusteeship business.
• Supporting internal teams in execution of trust documents and agreements.
