Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MBA Sales Professional based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and acquiring potential clients, managing sales strategies, building client relationships, and overseeing customer accounts. Additionally, the responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, providing training to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing all key sales processes to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to conduct and manage Training sessions for clients or internal teams
  • Self-motivated with leadership qualities and an adaptable mindset
  • Experience in B2B sales or related fields is a plus
  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in understanding digital marketplaces and buyer behavior
