Role Description

Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, performing sales initiatives, need to visit outbound companies for lead generation and. The Marketing Staff will also collaborate with internal teams to meet business goals, strengthen client relationships, and enhance brand visibility in the industry.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and addressing client needs
- strong experience in offline lead generation for the company
- Proficiency in Market Research and identifying industry trends and customer behaviors
- Experience in Sales and developing effective Marketing Strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an advantage
- Keen problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic market environment
