Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Chennai. As a Sales Associate, you will work to drive revenue by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets, networking with potential customers, maintaining updated knowledge of our products and services, and presenting offerings to clients effectively. Engaging directly with customers and supporting the sales process will be an integral part of this role, along with collaborative efforts to strategize and meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and customer relationship management
- Strong written communication and verbal skills for engaging with clients and presenting services
- Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail for maintaining sales documentation and client information
- Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector or sales position is an advantage
- Familiarity with the local market in Chennai is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is desirable
