Role Overview:

We're seeking a driven and energetic Marketing Manager (US Geography) to lead our influencer and webinar marketing initiatives in the US region. This role is ideal for someone transitioning from sales to marketing, with a passion for the creator economy and SaaS growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small outreach team focused on identifying and connecting with US-based influencers (primarily via LinkedIn).
• Build and manage partnerships with influencers to co-host impactful webinars highlighting Graphy's SaaS offerings.
• Develop persuasive outreach strategies to onboard creators within limited budgets, using strong storytelling and dream-selling skills.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer-led webinars — from planning and coordination to performance tracking.
• Continuously refine outreach, messaging, and conversion tactics to boost engagement and campaign ROI.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1–3 years of experience in consultative sales preferably within influencer marketingagencies or SaaS environments.
• Exceptional communicator with a knack for relationship-building and negotiation.
• Strong interest in transitioning into a strategic marketing role at a high-growth SaaS startup.
• Passionate about the creator economy, webinars, and digital marketing innovation.
• Self-starter with high energy, ownership, and adaptability to fast-paced, resource-lean environments.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
