Your Role

As a Specialist at StayVista, you will be responsible for driving on-ground and digital brand growth for StayVista across South India, while localizing the national marketing strategy to suit city-level demand. You will be responsible for capturing city-led demand and ensuring properties remain top-of-mind through local events, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and high-quality regional content. Additionally, you will be responsible for building strong local networks and driving regional awareness, engagement, and bookings.

About You

  • Drive consistent regional marketing output, including influencer and digital collaborations, community and sports tie-ups, restaurant partnerships, creation of content assets, and maintaining an active regional social media presence
  • Execute regional marketing plans aligned with central campaigns and leverage local travel triggers like long weekends, school breaks, and festivals
  • Drive demand from key source cities to Southern property clusters
  • Identify and onboard regional influencers and execute monthly collaborations as per brand guidelines
  • Build and maintain a strong repeat creator network
  • Execute digital collaborations with local brands, communities, and platforms, focusing on high visibility
  • Partner with premium lifestyle brands (sports, auto, alcobev, wellness) for on-ground activations
  • Manage monthly experience-led events (e.g., tournaments, clubs) to drive group bookings and repeat engagement
  • Identify and collaborate with premium restaurants, chefs, and F&B brands to enable curated villa dining experiences
  • Visit properties to create high-quality Reels and Stories aligned with brand aesthetics
  • Support performance marketing with content inputs
  • Identify local demand opportunities across corporate partnerships, group getaways, micro-events, and co-working
  • Drive regional awareness, engagement, and booking intent
  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or social media
  • Strong local network and cultural understanding
  • Comfortable with on-ground execution and coordination
  • Basic content creation skills preferred
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
