Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and scale our influencer campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video apps. As part of the Influencer Marketing team, you will drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales through strategic influencer partnerships. You will develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand identity and business goals
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers across wellness, lifestyle, fitness, beauty, and food categories
- Coordinate influencer outreach, negotiation, and onboarding
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns-from briefing and content approvals to post-tracking and reporting
- Ensure timely deliverables and maintain a quality check on influencer content to align with brand tone and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, performance, and product) for campaign synergy
- Maintain and update the influencer database and performance metrics
- Measure KPIs (reach, engagement, CPV, CTR, conversions), share insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated on trends, platforms, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Track ROI, analyze campaign performance, and suggest optimizations
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or related field (agency or brand-side)
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, business administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer landscape, and digital metric and understanding of platforms
- Strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and timelines
- Passion for wellness, Ayurveda, and modern content formats is a plus
