Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Growth: Drive organic follower growth and high engagement on LinkedIn and other social platforms within the tech/semiconductor ecosystem.
• Recruitment Marketing: Partner with the internal hiring team to create engaging job ads, referral notes, internal flyers, and sticky updates to attract top engineering talent.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning industry conferences, creating pamphlet content, collaborating on booth designs, and managing physical setups.
• Website Management & SEO: Keep the website updated with jobs and news while optimizing content to improve organic search rankings and generate B2B leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years in B2B Digital Marketing (IT Services, Semiconductors, or Tech Staffing industry preferred).
• Track Record: Proven ability to organically scale professional social communities (especially LinkedIn).
• Event & Design Savvy: Experience working with print/event vendors and using basic design tools like Canva.
• Tools: Competency in WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
