Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
direct client Close high-value sales deals through meetings, negotiations, and relationship-building.
Meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Lead sales teams, mentor juniors, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Manage client relationships end-to-end, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of overall experience in marketing/sales, with at least 5+ years in a senior managerial role.
Proven track record of closing deals, generating revenue, and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
Self-motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced settings and excels as a team player.
Strong skills in lead generation, client networking, digital marketing, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; willingness to travel for client meetings.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Location: Mumbai (with flexibility for Delhi office collaboration).
