Job Description

TheraYog is a wellness company deeply committed to excellence in holistic health, combining traditional yoga, Ayurveda, and compassionate care. With online yoga classes, doctor consultations, and an Ayurvedic wellness center in Delhi, TheraYog integrates ancient wisdom with modern convenience.

The Marketing & Sales Lead will be responsible for transforming trust, reputation, and community goodwill into a reliable premium growth ecosystem—without compromising emotional safety, brand integrity, or women-centric values.

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the central Growth Leader in collaboration with founders

● Own revenue predictability, growth systems, and execution discipline

● Lead and align Sales Team Lead, Marketing Team, Community Growth, and performance partners

● Establish growth rituals, accountability structures, and leadership behaviors

● Own and improve the end-to-end sales conversion funnel Design and implement:

● Sales scripts and objection-handling frameworks

● Lead nurturing journeys and follow-up discipline

● Human, empathetic, trust-based selling systems Implement CRM dashboards and reporting for:

● Daily, weekly, and monthly revenue rhythm

● Funnel visibility and predictability

● Own Performance Marketing strategy and execution Drive continuous improvement in:

● ROAS

● Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

● CAC : LTV ratio

● Design predictable campaign calendars and structured experimentation

● Ensure marketing growth never damages premium brand positioning

PERFORMANCE KPIs

Revenue & Growth Metrics

● Quarter-on-quarter conversion rate improvement

● CPA reduction

● ROAS improvement

● Funnel efficiency metrics

● Predictable monthly enrollment achievement

Required Qualifications

● 8-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Growth, or Revenue Leadership roles.

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Strategy, Business Management, or equivalent is preferred.

● Proven experience owning conversion funnels, revenue targets, and growth metrics, not just managing

campaigns or teams.

● Demonstrated ability to build predictable, scalable sales pipelines.

● Hands-on experience designing and optimizing:

-Sales funnels and conversion journeys

-Lead nurturing and trust-based selling systems

-Strong experience aligning performance marketing with sales execution.

● Proven track record of improving:

● Ability to establish forecasting, pipeline visibility, and revenue rhythm.

● Experience operating in trust-led, emotionally sensitive, or women-centric brand environments.

● Experience leading and aligning cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Community, Performance partners).

Domain Exposure (Preferred)

● Prior experience in Health, Wellness, Healthcare, or high-trust consumer brands is strongly preferred.

● Familiarity with Indian consumer psychology and long- term brand building.

Minimum Experience: 8-10 years

Compensation Range: INR 8 to 10 LPA.
