Role: Fractional Growth Lead (Omnichannel)

Filli & Me is a premium kids lifestyle brand focused on thoughtfully designed products for young children. We have recently raised a pre-seed round of funding and are now entering an accelerated phase of growth. We are currently live on our D2C website and select marketplaces.
Who we are Looking for:
We are looking for a hands-on fractional growth lead who can drive overall growth across channels and build a strong foundation for scalable expansion. This role will focus on unlocking new growth levers — particularly offline channels — while overseeing and guiding performance across existing online channels.
This person will work closely with the founder on the annual operating plan (AOP), take ownership of the P&L, and drive execution of the go-to-market strategy while adapting it for a 0–1 journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall growth strategy and execution across channels, with a strong focus on building offline channels (modern trade, general trade, activations, events)
- Build and execute a roadmap for expanding distribution through retail and partnerships
- Identify and execute growth opportunities through activations, events, and brand collaborations
- Drive community-led growth and brand engagement with parents and children
- Oversee performance across online channels (Amazon, FirstCry, Nykaa Fashion, D2C), working closely with internal teams
- Guide improvements in conversion, pricing, assortment, and marketing across digital channels
- Work with teams on performance marketing (Meta, Google) with a strong focus on ROI
- Identify and execute quick wins to drive early traction (0 → initial scale)
Ideal Profile:
- 8–10 years experience in consumer brand growth (D2C / retail / omnichannel)
- Strong experience in building or scaling offline channels (modern trade, general trade, activations)
- Working understanding of D2C and marketplace growth (without needing to run day-to-day operations)
- Prior experience scaling a brand from early stage to meaningful revenue
- Hands-on and execution-focused with strong ownership
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
- Experience in kids / children's category would be a strong advantage
