  • Drive delegate registrations, engagement, and revenue impact
  • Optimize performance marketing campaigns (paid media, retargeting, lookalikes)
  • Leverage marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and conversion

3. Content & Brand Storytelling

  • Translate complex HR themes into simple, compelling narratives
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to create thought leadership content, campaigns, and IPs
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice across all touchpoints

4. Digital & AI-Led Marketing

  • Use AI tools and platforms to enhance productivity, personalization, and campaign performance
  • Drive experimentation with new-age marketing formats (short-form video, interactive content, etc.)
  • Stay ahead of trends in consumer behavior, content, and platform algorithms

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, sales, and partnerships teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Work with agencies and internal teams for design, media, and content execution

6. Analytics & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance across channels

  • Proven track record of running high-impact campaigns and driving measurable growth
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital ecosystems, and funnels
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
