Role Summary:
In this role you will lead key partnerships with top creators and global brands to build long-term, high-value alliances. Use your expertise in brand strategy and content management to ensure successful, impactful, co-branded campaigns.
Role:
- You will be the main person managing important, complex partnerships with leading creators, public figures, broadcast networks, and global brands.
- Turn big-picture partnership agreements into clear, detailed action plans, including schedules and assigned tasks.
- Make sure all promised outcomes are delivered completely and on time.
- Champion and protect the company's reputation and values throughout all partnership activities.
- Ensure the company's products and services are presented perfectly in all partner content and experiences.
- Create and update a Brand Integration guide and advise partnership managers on brand rules during negotiations.
- Partner with brand and creative teams to enforce visual and communication standards, identifying and addressing potential public risks early.
- Plan and manage a content schedule to transform commercial partnerships into engaging stories across all channels (company-owned, partner, and media coverage).
- Design content types for specific partnerships (like joint reports, thought leadership pieces, or behind-the-scenes content).
- Produce, edit, and manage the creation of high-quality content, working closely with in-house and external creative teams.
- Be the main contact for partners regarding all content, operations, and execution issues.
- Handle all creative requests, feedback, and approval processes between partners and internal staff.
- Work closely with internal teams like Marketing, Brand, Creative, Media, Communications, and Measurement.
- Ensure seamless communication to prevent duplicated effort and confusion.
- Set clear success metrics (KPIs) for partnership content (like audience reach or engagement) and confirm tracking is ready before launch.
- Spot potential problems early (like delays or creative disagreements) and propose clear solutions.
- Review content performance after campaigns to share lessons learned and suggest ways to improve and expand successful efforts.
You:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience managing brands, content strategy, or integrated marketing, preferably in technology, media, or entertainment.
- Must have a track record of successfully managing important external partners (like major networks, public figures, or leading companies) and overseeing campaigns from start to finish.
- Must possess exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor the brand's voice and format for various audiences and channels.
- Need a strong understanding of brand structure, visual identity guidelines, and the principles for successful co-branding.
- Excellent project management skills are required, proving you can manage multiple tasks, oversee creative processes, and consistently meet strict deadlines.
- Experience managing very large and complex alliances (such as streaming services, sports leagues, or national TV networks).
- Familiarity with systems used to manage content, digital assets, and creative projects (like Asana or similar platforms).
- Experience collaborating with teams located in different countries or regions.
- An understanding of performance marketing metrics and how content influences the overall health and perception of a brand.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
