National Globe Trade is a rapidly expanding chemical distribution company based in San Jose, California. We specialize in the supply of chemicals to pool service companies, water treatment facilities, and wholesalers. Additionally, we supply/export OCC (Waste Paper) to paper mills in India.

Position Details

Role: Account Manager / Sales, Marketing & Administrative Executive

Working Hours: 6.30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Monday – Saturday) including 1 hr break

Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad (In-office)

Compensation: Best-in-industry standards + Performance-based bonuses for successful lead generation

Work Profile & Responsibilities

In this role, you will bridge our Indian operations with US market requirements. Your duties include:

·        Marketing & Sales: Find prospective buyers for bulk chemicals (e.g., Calcium Hypochlorite, Potassium permanganate, Boric Acid, TCCA).

·        Business Development: Identify new OCC suppliers in the USA/Europe for export to India. Use CRM tools to track activity and sales pipelines.

·        Administrative Support: Act as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to assist the owner with various operational needs.

·        Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring needs are met with tailored solutions.

Requirements

·        Proven experience in B2B sales, chemical sales, or account management.

·        Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.

·        Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

·        Self-motivated with the ability to engage in warm/cold calling confidently.

·        Ability to commute to the Navrangpura office daily and work the specified night shift (6.30 PM – 3:30 AM).
