Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning and executing marketing and sales activities to promote Logilite's ERP solutions and services to SME clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential customers, generating leads, presenting solutions, and following up to close opportunities. The Sales Marketing Executive will collaborate with the technical and consulting teams to create targeted proposals, support product demonstrations, and ensure consistent messaging across all outreach channels. The role also includes maintaining client relationships, tracking performance metrics, and contributing ideas to refine market strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective campaigns and positioning strategies.
  • Candidates should possess solid Market Research capabilities to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage prospects, deliver clear presentations, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to manage pipelines, negotiate agreements, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience in B2B technology or ERP solutions, especially for SME clients, is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on-site in Ahmedabad.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track sales and marketing performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Must hold experience in IT industry with software product or services.
