Role Description
The Head of Sales and Marketing is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing the sales strategy, managing key client accounts, building and leading a results-driven team, and driving marketing campaigns to increase the network of Solar Kits and Equipment in RTC Energy.
The position requires ensuring that sales goals are met, identifying market trends, building strong customer relationships, and managing sales and Procurement teams.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Proficient in Account Management to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Exceptional Team Management and leadership capabilities to inspire and guide a high-performing team
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate performance metrics, and develop data-driven strategies
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge or background in renewable energy, particularly solar projects, is a strong advantage
- Relevant educational background; MBA or a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
